Apple and Android Compatibility
Depending on the selected version or operating mode, the tracker can be configured for:
- Apple Find My network on compatible iPhone and iPad devices
- Google Find Hub, previously called Find My Device, on compatible Android devices
The tracker cannot normally remain connected to both networks simultaneously. Resetting or reconfiguring the device may be required when changing between Apple and Google networks.

How Location Tracking Works
This product uses Bluetooth and a compatible finding network. When the tracker is within Bluetooth range, the connected phone can communicate with it directly and activate its built-in sound.
When it is outside direct Bluetooth range, its location may be reported anonymously by nearby compatible devices participating in the selected finding network.
Location availability and update frequency depend on nearby compatible devices, network coverage and environmental conditions.

Important Information
This is a Bluetooth finding-network accessory and not an independent GPS or cellular tracker. It does not provide continuous live GPS tracking and cannot send its location without assistance from nearby compatible devices.
Do not use the product to track people without their knowledge or consent. If attached to a pet collar, it should be used as an additional recovery aid and not as a replacement for supervised care or a dedicated cellular GPS pet tracker.
