AUTOOL BT760 12V/24V Battery Tester with Thermal Printer
The AUTOOL BT760 is a professional battery and electrical-system analyzer designed for automotive workshops, battery shops, service centers and mobile technicians. It uses conductance testing technology to evaluate lead-acid starting batteries and diagnose common starting and charging-system problems.
The device features a clear 3.2-inch color display and a built-in thermal printer for producing customer reports immediately after testing. No ink cartridge is required; only compatible thermal paper needs to be replaced.

Battery Health Test
The BT760 evaluates important battery parameters, including:
• Battery voltage
• Measured cold-cranking current
• Rated and measured CCA
• Internal resistance
• State of charge
• Battery health or remaining life
• Battery energy or capacity indication
• Overall battery condition
• Faulty-cell detection
The test results help determine whether the battery is in good condition, requires charging or should be replaced.
Cranking-System Test
The cranking test monitors battery voltage while the engine is being started. This helps identify weak battery performance, excessive starter load or possible starting-system problems.
Charging-System Test
The charging test evaluates alternator performance and charging voltage. It can help detect low charging output, excessive charging voltage or abnormal electrical-system operation.
Maximum Load Test
The load test checks electrical-system performance while vehicle accessories are operating. This helps technicians evaluate whether the charging system can support the vehicle’s electrical demand.
Built-In Thermal Printer
The integrated thermal printer allows the technician to print battery and electrical-system test results immediately. Reports can be provided to customers or attached to workshop service records.
The printed report can include information such as:

The printer requires compatible thermal paper and does not use ink.

Safety Protection
The tester includes reverse-polarity protection. If the positive and negative clamps are connected incorrectly, the protection circuit helps prevent damage to the tester and battery.

How to Use
- Connect the red clamp to the battery’s positive terminal.
- Connect the black clamp to the battery’s negative terminal.
- Confirm that both clamps have a secure electrical connection.
- Select the required test from the main menu.
- For a battery test, select the correct battery type and rating standard.
- Enter the battery’s rated value.
- Start the test and review the displayed results.
- Press the print button when a physical report is required.
Important Testing Notes
When testing batteries connected in parallel, disconnect the negative connection and test each battery individually. Testing connected parallel batteries may produce inaccurate results.
Select the correct battery type, rating standard and rated capacity before testing. Incorrect settings may affect the final evaluation.
The tester is powered by the connected battery. Printing may not operate when the connected battery voltage is below 8V.
This product is designed for compatible lead-acid starting batteries. It is not intended for lithium traction batteries or high-voltage electric-vehicle battery packs.
